Classer ici les archives et l'archivistique Résumé : المستخلص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف و تسليط الضوء على واقع كل مكتبة بلدية عبر إقليم ولاية ادرار.اعتمادا على المنهج الوصفي و الدراسة مسحية لكافة مكتبات البلديات ودراسة وضعها العام و الدور الذي تلعبه على مستوى الولاية .بحيث قسمت إلى قسمين الجانب النظري فيه مبحثين كل مبحث تناولنا به مفهوم المكتبات العامة ، أنواعها ،أهدافها ،خدماتها ،أما المبحث الثاني تناولنا به هو الآخر تعريف مكتبات البلديات و عرض مشروع إنشاء مكتبة في كل بلدية المقرر من وزارة الداخلية ودرسنا فيه أهميتها ، خدماتها . أما فيما يخص الجانب الميداني فقد أجرينا دراسة مسحية و حاولنا جمع اكبر قدر من المعلومات و انجاز بطاقات تقنية لكل واحدة من خلال الاستمارة التي قدمناها إلى مسيري تلك المكتبات و الأمناء العامون للبلديات في إقليم ولاية ادرار.و قمنا بعد ذلك باستخراج النتائج و تقديم توصيات و افكار جاد بها الموظفون بالمكتبات. لأجل تحسين ظروف عملهم حتى يقدموا أجود الخدمات للمستفيدين . Abstract: This study aims to identify and shed light on the reality of each municipal library across the Adrar Province region. Based on the descriptive approach and a survey study of all municipal libraries and a study of their general status and the role they play at the state level. So, it was divided into two parts, the theoretical side of it, each topic we dealt with. It contains the concept of public libraries, their types, objectives, and services. As for the second section, we also dealt with the definition of municipal libraries and presented the project to establish a library in each municipality as decided by the Ministry of Interior, and we studied its importance and services. As for the field aspect, we conducted a survey and tried to collect as much information as possible and create technical cards for each one through the form that we submitted to the managers of those libraries and the secretaries-general of the municipalities in the Adrar Province. We then extracted the results and presented recommendations and recommendations. Serious ideas by library employees.In order to improve their working conditions so that they provide the best services to beneficiaries.
