مجلة فصول (مجلة النقد الأدبى)؛ مجلة فصلية محكّمة تصدر عن الهيئة المصرية العامة للكتاب.
تُعد المجلة النقدية الأهم والأعرق فى الوطن العربى. أسس المجلة الشاعر الكبير الراحل صلاح عبد الصبور فى العام 1980م، برئاسة تحرير الناقد الكبير عز الدين إسماعيل، وبمشاركة الناقدين الكبيرين جابر عصفور وصلاح فضل نائبين لرئيس التحرير.
اهتمت المجلة منذ انطلاقتها الأولى بتأسيس تيار حداثي فى النقد العربى، وتوالى على رئاسة تحرير المجلة كل من الدكتور جابر عصفور، والدكتورة هدى وصفي والدكتور محمد بدوي، وأخيرا الدكتور محمد فكري الجزار. يحتوي يحتوي هذا المجلد على عددين، تناول الثالث خصوصية الرواية العربية الجزء الاول، وتناول العدد الرابع خصوصية الرواية العربية الجزء الثاني.
